Summer Workshops
Encore Musical Theatre invites you to join our Performing Arts Workshop Series, designed to boost your confidence, sharpen your skills, and build community — all in a fun, low-pressure environment!
Classes are held each Tuesday in July at the Hudson Community Centre between 6:30pm-8:30pm. Prices are $20/workshop for Encore members and $30/workshop for non-members.

Discover the fundamentals of musical theatre including dance styles, vocal sections and audition techniques and so much more!

Tuesday July 15
Together we will discover the foundations movement, key dance styles currently on Broadway, choreo lingo, physicalizing different characters and more!

Tuesday July 22
Break down sheet music, learn singing techniques to help you discover the full potential of your range and much more!

Tuesday July 29
Build your tap vocabulary, learn basic steps, and build simple combinations. No tap shoes required!

Our goal is to perform various Musical Theatre projects for the development and enjoyment of our members and of course to provide quality entertainment! And we want to share our love of musical theatre with as many people as possible, Théâtre Musical ENCORE Musical Theatre welcomes enthusiasts not only from Hudson but from the surrounding environs as well. Musical Theatre has been a staple of the Hudson community for years and has offered many opportunities for its talented participants to fulfill their creative ambitions in a myriad of ways, yes the obvious singing and dancing, but lets not forget the myriad of creative design, creative technical, creative construction and even creative organizational opportunities. Théâtre Musical ENCORE Musical Theatre wants to offer a venue for all these creative souls to spread their wings. And we hope all that results in some great entertainment that can be enjoyed by the whole community!
